The Sun commonly describes identity and will, the Moon emotional needs, and Mercury thinking and communication. Venus and Mars concern values, relationships and action; slower planets need generational context.

FAQ

Is a Sun sign the whole natal chart?

No. The Sun is one of ten commonly interpreted bodies; the Moon, Mercury and other planets add different themes.

Can I calculate without a birthplace?

Planet signs can be calculated from time and UTC offset. Accurate houses and Ascendant require birthplace coordinates, which this version does not calculate.
